Surprising Results at First Dolphins Swim Club Time Trial of the Year!

On Sunday October 28th, the Dolphins Swim Club hosted its first time trial of the season at Centennial Pool in Burlington. At the three hour afternoon session, new Dolphins got their very first taste of competition, and demonstrated newly learned techniques. The time trial featured swimmers of ages from 6 to 17, from Seals I, Seals II, Competitive, and Age Group Dolphins levels. The practice competition was full of surprises, with outstanding results from new and experienced athletes.

The winners of each event were as follows:

50 free (mixed):  Edward Wang age 14

100 back (mixed): Thomas Canning age 12

25 free (mixed): Nathaily Moffatt age 12

100 free  (mixed): Daniel Zaki age 13

50 back (mixed): Roberto Mendoza age 12

25 back (mixed): Nathalily Moffatt age 12

50 breast (mixed): Noah Chang age 12 

50 butterfly (mixed): Daniel Zaki age 13

25 breast (mixed): Enoch Li age 9

200 free (mixed): Roberto Mendoza age 12
